What you will do

• Manage program operations efficiently using the Axios Patient Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate with hospitals, pharmacies, and patients to facilitate enrollment and treatment access.
• Perform field visits to patients, doctors, and private sector stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.
• Maintain accurate, real-time patient records and tracking data.
• Generate detailed monthly patient data updates and quarterly quality assurance reports.
• Support general office operations and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• 1-2 years of essential experience working within the Hospital or Healthcare industry.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Hands-on experience in direct interaction and work with patients.
