What you will do

• Assist in managing Patient Support Programs (PSP) by liaising with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate the seamless enrollment of eligible patients in accordance with program workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records to ensure quality assurance and project standards.
• Conduct visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patient support sites to support program implementation.
• Prepare regular performance reports on patient numbers, services provided, and quality metrics.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in line with client requirements and SOPPs.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a medical background or social work (ideal).
• 0-1 year of working experience in a healthcare, scientific field, or NGO (ideal).
• Experience in customer service management.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to clients and partners.
• Ability to maintain flexible working hours.

• Experience in data monitoring and management.
