What you will do

• Assist in managing Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollments.
• Educate patients and coordinate seamless enrollment processes aligned with program procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records using the Patient Management System (PMS).
• Accompany team on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, patient numbers, and quality metrics.
• Report adverse events, complete required trainings, and perform administrative duties.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in medical background or social work (ideal).
• 0-1 year experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO (ideal).
• Competencies in job knowledge, order/quality, adaptability, dependability, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience in data monitoring and management.
• Experience coordinating logistics/supply chain.
• Experience in customer service management.
