What you will do
- Maintain consistent communication and positive relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, patients, and distributors.
- Coordinate the patient referral process to ensure drugs are delivered quickly and efficiently according to project timelines.
- Manage and analyze business opportunities and stakeholder engagements using CRM and Patient Management Systems (PMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop medical education materials and conference presentations.
- Generate regular monitoring reports, quality assurance dashboards, and data-driven insights for internal review.
- Perform administrative office duties and support new business proposals and launches.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in data monitoring and management.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
