What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor import and export processes to ensure alignment with operational plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide shipment updates and prevent supply or sales disruptions.
• Supervise customs agency operations to ensure timely nationalization of imports and proper documentation.
• Manage transportation logistics, including the coordination of container movements.
• Maintain and update import/export data in SAP ERP systems for accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare and share operational reports with Finance, Accounting, and Inventory Control departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in foreign trade or logistics operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of customs regulations.
• Must be located in Brazil to work from the Central Office.
