What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution across social channels
- Define and run cohesive cross-platform strategy
- Ship high-quality content at high cadence
- Test formats, trends, and distribution tactics continuously
- Use AI tools to accelerate creation, editing, and iteration
- Build scripts and systems to improve publishing and growth
- Track performance data and adjust strategies quickly
- Partner with product, marketing, and developer relations teams
Requirements
- 3–5+ years growing social accounts, ideally in tech or startups
- Strong intuition for internet and developer culture
- Track record of audience growth and engagement
- Comfortable shipping daily content across video, threads, and visuals
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation
- Ability to build or hack tools and workflows
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Data-driven decision making for experiments
Nice to have
- Experience with developer audiences or technical products
- Basic coding or scripting experience
- Experience with APIs or automation tools
- Personal content or social presence
- Experience in fast-growing companies
