What you will do

  • Identify automation opportunities across marketing website, content workflows, QA pipelines, and customer journey.
  • Build prototypes to validate ideas and ship them to production, owning the full cycle.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows and internal tools to reduce manual work.
  • Integrate AI into publishing, deployment, and personalization workflows in production.
  • Contribute to codebase with features, bug fixes, PR reviews, and maintain design system standards.
  • Own performance, accessibility, AEO/SEO, and internal publishing platform.
  • Build integrations bridging marketing, sales, and product for personalization and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to enhance experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years frontend or full-stack web engineering, with marketing/growth web experience.
  • Active daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code or Windsurf, with strong opinions on their value.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered automations or internal tooling to production.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue or React, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with headless CMS, static site generators, or component-driven stacks.
  • High-ownership mindset: identify problems, propose and drive solutions.
  • Strong communication with designers and non-engineers.
