What you will do
- Execute seasal footwear assortments across EMEA, adapting global strategies to local tiers, climate, and demand.
- Mitor weekly performance to identify risks and opportunities via replenishment, stock movements, and markdowns.
- Provide structured feedback to Global teams product performance and regial needs to inform future collectis.
- Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure csistent executi of product stories during launches.
- Lead assortment planning and executi for new store openings to ensure a balanced product offer.
- Track and analyze key KPIs such as sell-through, ROS, and stock levels to drive data-driven decisi making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Buying, Merchandising, or merchandise planning.
- Professial background with premium apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strg analytical mindset with advanced Excel and data skills.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and trading levers.
- Ability to work cross-functially and influence various stakeholders.
