Location: Onsite five days a week in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. Sponsorship for foreign candidates is not available.

What you will do

• Provide frontline technical and functional support for applications used in manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues to ensure reliable day-to-day system availability.
• Participate in the deployment, implementation, and testing of 3rd party application solutions and integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedural guides, and processing logic flowcharts.
• Collaborate with plant users and business stakeholders to translate factory process needs into technical actions.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• English: Intermediate level required.
• Expertise in application lifecycle management, updates, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause identification and resolution in enterprise systems.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Mexico; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Windows Server, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of basic computer networking concepts and client-server architectures.
