What you will do

• Perform batch operations according to service agreements.
• Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
• Analyze first-level issues and resolve or route them appropriately.
• Develop support system management processes based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and customer service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
• Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and basic networking.
• Customer-focused approach, growth mindset, and effective collaboration skills.
