What you will do

• Design and build scalable React Native applications powered by shared modules from mobile and backend platforms.
• Architect a modular, reusable system to enable rapid assembly of new apps (auth, wallet, trading, etc.).
• Lead complex projects from technical design through delivery and iteration across multiple teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Codex) to accelerate workflows while ensuring production-grade standards.
• Drive the evolution of shared UI systems, component libraries, and developer tooling.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern mobile development practices.
• Proven experience shipping production-grade mobile applications at scale.
• Strong understanding of modular systems and scalable mobile architecture.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires and able to work from the office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java).
• Familiarity with crypto, wallets, or financial applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and app store processes.
• Knowledge of secure key management, authentication flows, or MPC wallets.
