What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and feed ingestion systems from XML and APIs.
• Implement background processing with Celery and Redis.
• Integrate with third-party ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and backend performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on end-to-end backend features.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong experience with Python and Django, including internals and ORM.
• Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for async processing.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and complex queries.
• Experience with third-party API integrations, especially ATS platforms.
• Experience building data pipelines or feed processing systems.
• Ability to work independently with complex or legacy systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with PostGIS.
• Experience with machine learning integrations.
• Knowledge of search tools like Algolia.
