Location: Ukraine, Remote or Office, operate within US working hours (15:00–23:00 Kyiv time). Flexible Workplace - work from home or any office in Ukraine.

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Lead project teams, manage sprint planning, and mentor junior consultants
• Optimize Salesforce environments with advanced flows, automation, and integrations
• Perform data migrations with integrity checks and proper object upload order
• Collaborate with clients to map processes, conduct workshops, resolve escalations
• Develop proof-of-concepts, produce technical estimates, and leverage analytics tools

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation
• Salesforce Administrator certification plus at least two more (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud)
• Proven track record in architecting and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions
• Strong expertise in Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder
• Experience with Service Cloud, complex data models, scalable automation
• Advanced reporting and analytics with Tableau and Einstein Analytics
• Proficient business communication with clients in English
