🔥 Head Of Treasury (iGaming)

🎯Responsibilities:

Lead treasury operations for the group, ensuring full control over liquidity and uninterrupted execution of all financial obligations.

Maintain visibility over cash balances across all financial channels including banks, PSPs, EMI institutions, and crypto wallets.

Plan and manage liquidity to prevent cash gaps and ensure operational stability.

Establish treasury processes to ensure reliable and timely execution of all payments.

Validate payment requests and approvals before execution.

Ensure compliance with internal payment policies and financial controls.

Manage relationships with banks, EMI institutions, and PSP providers.

Monitor PSP balances, settlements, and funding to ensure uninterrupted player payouts.

Manage crypto liquidity and wallet infrastructure, ensuring secure processing of crypto transactions.

Ensure accurate accounting of treasury transactions and reconciliation of bank and PSP statements.

Provide regular reporting on balances, liquidity, and cash flow to the CFO and leadership team.

🎯Requirements:

5+ years of experience in treasury or financial operations.

Experience in iGaming, Gambling, Fintech, or other high-risk industries.

Strong experience working with banks, PSPs, EMI institutions, and crypto payments.

Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency financial structures.

Strong understanding of banking compliance and financial controls.

Experience with financial systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.

English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
