What you will do

• Establish, lead, and mature the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program across the organization.
• Define the enterprise risk management strategy and ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit teams.
• Manage organizational risk and drive a corporate culture of ethical and compliant business practices.
• Communicate the organization's risk and compliance posture clearly to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of corporate governance and extensive experience in GRC.
• Proven track record of developing and managing comprehensive compliance programs.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex risk and compliance data to C-level executives.
• Strategic leadership experience in a seasoned GRC role.
• Work authorization and residency in the United States.
