Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires (Palermo office) with mandatory in-office presence four days per week

What you will do

• Review and analyze customer profiles identified by the Law Enforcement Response Team.
• Conduct complex investigations and trace cryptocurrency flows using hirify.global analysis tools.
• Draft high-quality investigation reports, case files, and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Identify trends and typologies to contribute to transaction monitoring and fraud rules tuning.
• Perform transaction monitoring using on-chain and other analytical tools.
• Contribute to reporting on key risk and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial crime experience.
• Knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and guidance governing financial crime in US, EU, and other regions.
• Proven experience in complex financial crime investigations and working with high-risk client groups.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as ACAMS or ICA.
• Professional experience within FinTechs or the cryptocurrency industry.
