Lead Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Full Stack Developer (C#.NET/Angular): Lead the design and development of software solutions ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements with an accent on scalable, reliable, and performant web applications. Focus on providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving engineering processes.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (2 days in office, 3 days remote), occasional remote work across Poland available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year).

What you will do

• Lead design and development of software solutions meeting business and technical needs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for seamless integration and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
• Own key features from concept to delivery and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• Several years in software development focusing on web applications
• Extensive expertise in C#.NET and Angular (recent versions)
• Deep understanding of RxJS, NgRx, CSS, and modern web technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Skills in leadership and guidance
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns
• Proficiency in written and verbal English

Nice to have

• Experience with framework development
• Knowledge of multithreading and Rx.Net
• Background in financial software development
• Previous experience leading technical initiatives
• Understanding of CI/CD practices
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native development
