Finance Manager

What you will do

• Update master budgets, prepare proposal budgets, and compile donor finance reports ensuring compliance.
• Conduct monthly budget vs actual analysis with expenditure forecasts in coordination with programs.
• Manage accounting closings, cashflow, and reconciliation of donor incomes.
• Lead annual, statutory, and project audits while ensuring supporting documentation procedures.
• Provide financial advice to budget holders and forecast annual income for board reporting.
• Build capacity through training on finance procedures and donor regulations across offices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in senior finance role with managerial responsibility in humanitarian context
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Working proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
• Solid knowledge of accounting systems and computer software
• Experience in risk management with partners and remote management preferable
• Previous experience in region preferable
