Ecommerce Trading Executive (TikTok): Support portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, acting as strategic lead and main point of contact with an accent on growth plans, trading calendars, merchandising, and affiliate strategies. Focus on optimising AOV, conversion rate and GMV through data-driven decisions, performance analysis, and forecasting.
Hybrid working with offices in London and Manchester, England, United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Support client portfolio by leading strategy, performance and delivery on TikTok Shop.
- Build growth plans and translate business goals into trading actions.
- Own trading calendars, product merchandising including selection, bundling, pricing and promotions.
- Optimise AOV, conversion and GMV; identify underperformers and scale winners.
- Develop affiliate strategies, work with creators on priorities, offers and trading tactics.
- Monitor metrics, lead client reviews, forecast performance and use data for decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, product lifecycle and bundles.
- Comfortable with performance data and GMV targets.
- Commercially minded with confident decision-making.
- Strong communication skills for internal teams and clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce.
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG e-commerce.
