What you will do

• Lead architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical (backend + UI).
• Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently.
• Ship high-impact functionality quickly, then harden for reliability and scale.
• Raise standards for code quality, testing, observability, and performance.
• Mentor engineers via design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product, customers, and platform teams to define impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years building user-facing products end-to-end.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, PostgreSQL (or other relational DB).
• Strong architectural instincts for clean, scalable systems.
• Proven ownership from zero-to-one to production.
• Sharp communication, strong judgment, fast learning.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLM into production apps.
• Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work.
