TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (three days on-site each week at the Brand Head Office in London)

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end brand events, ranging from intimate community dinners to collection launches and cultural activations.
  • Manage the full partnerships pipeline: identification, outreach, negotiation, and ROI measurement.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, retail, PR, and social teams to ensure activations are distinctly on-brand.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive network of reliable suppliers, including AV, catering, and production freelancers.
  • Manage budgets with discipline to maximize return without compromising brand quality.
  • Strategize on how activations are captured and shared to feed social, PR, CRM, and community growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand events, partnerships, or experiential marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage a "black book" of industry contacts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to leverage brand equity for partnerships.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail.
  • Deep understanding of hirify.global's aesthetic and customer base.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office three days a week.
