What you will do

• Implement MEAL systems and SOPs at Area Office level, including data collection for assessments, monitoring, and evaluations.
• Clean, organize, analyze data, and prepare reports for program use and reporting systems like GORS and ITT.
• Maintain MEAL databases, verify activities and beneficiary lists, and harmonize data across projects and partners.
• Develop and support MEL tools for partners, provide capacity building, and ensure up-to-date MEL work plans.
• Support field activities like PDMs, mobile data collection, enumerator training, and ethical community engagement.
• Document MEL processes, including reports, tools, matrices, and indicator calculations.

Requirements

• For internal candidates only; based in Mykolaiv, Ukraine
• 1-2 years in MEAL or data management, preferably humanitarian/development
• Knowledge of quantitative/qualitative data collection and analysis
• Strong Excel and digital data collection skills (Kobo); MS Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s/diploma in social sciences, statistics or related
• Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken/written); English knowledge advantage
• Familiarity with Ukraine humanitarian context; experience with MEAL systems and partner capacity building
