What you will do

• Implement and manage IM systems, databases, and digital platforms including troubleshooting and improvements.
• Design, test, and deploy digital data collection tools like Kobo and support beneficiary registration systems.
• Perform data quality assurance, cleaning, validation, and produce dashboards, maps, infographics using PowerBI and ArcGIS.
• Train NRC staff and partners on IM tools, data management, and protection practices.
• Contribute to reporting with data summaries and liaise with programme teams for tailored IM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and document lessons learned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in MEAL, data management, or systems administration, preferably humanitarian context.
• Bachelor’s or diploma in Social Sciences, Statistics, IT, Information Management, or related.
• Strong database management and Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Fluency in Ukrainian; working knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with Ukraine humanitarian context.
• Experience with KOBO/ODK, Power BI highly desired; analytical skills and ability to work independently under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Participatory discussions, learning workshops, capacity-building.
