What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Architect and implement high-quality, scalable production systems using LLMs.
• Design bespoke intelligent agents on the Agentforce platform to meet unique business needs.
• Own the data lifecycle, building efficient processing pipelines and integration strategies.
• Resolve complex technical blockers and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with customers as a strategic technical advisor to translate needs into designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data platforms such as hirify.global Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea, with ability to travel 25-50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI in highly regulated industries.
• Advanced hirify.global certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
• Expertise in hirify.global Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or libraries.
