What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial chirify.globaltracts, specifically sales and distributihirify.global agreements for the EMEA regihirify.global.
• Manage real estate and corporate legal matters related to the expansihirify.global of retail stores.
• Develop and implement scalable regihirify.globalal and global legal processes, playbooks, and training.
• Partner with AMER and APAC counsel to ensure global alignment while respecting regihirify.globalal differences.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel across various legal topics.
• Support the broader Legal Team hirify.global internal and external projects.

Requirements

• Law degree and hirify.globalg>6+ years of post-qualificatihirify.global experiencehirify.globalg> in both law firms and in-house roles.
• Experience working within a global chirify.globalsumer-facing product company.
• Exceptihirify.globalal negotiatihirify.global, communicatihirify.global, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in high-pressure envirhirify.globalments.
