Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid: 12 days WFH per year)

What you will do

  • Create high-quality video and motion graphic assets aligned with marketing goals and visual consistency.
  • Pioneer and implement AI tools and automation to optimize production speed and asset generation.
  • Mentor and train junior designers in AI workflows and a data-driven design mindset.
  • Collaborate with UA and Creative Leads to accelerate the concept-to-production pipeline.
  • Analyze performance metrics (IPM, CPI, CVR, CTR) to evaluate and produce high-converting ad creatives.
  • Manage high-volume deliverables within iterative, fast-paced production cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of motion/multimedia design experience, preferably in mobile gaming or digital advertising.
  • Expertise in mobile game aesthetics, UX, and Performance Marketing metrics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) and CapCut.
  • Ability to integrate and optimize AI tools into production workflows.
  • Strong data-driven communication skills for strategic alignment with Marketing/UA teams.
  • Ability to maintain visual quality while working in high-volume production environments.
