What you will do

• Produce high-quality 3D characters, environments, and supporting assets integrated for in-game use.
• Develop and implement particle systems and animations directly within Unity.
• Create custom shaders and visual effects using Unity Shader Graph to establish a unique look.
• Optimize 3D assets and textures to ensure smooth, high-framerate performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and animators to ensure a seamless production pipeline from concept to final content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D modeling and rigging with a strong portfolio of game-ready assets.
• Proficiency in the Unity engine, particularly with asset integration, particle systems, and Shader Graph.
• Ability to balance visual fidelity with strict technical and performance budgets.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hong Kong

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Spine 2D for integrating animations into Unity.
• Experience developing games for family-friendly audiences or motion-based platforms.
