What you will do

• Design and deploy Okta Identity Governance (OIG) modules including Access Requests, Certifications, and Entitlement Management.
• Develop custom workflows and policies to enforce Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules during provisioning.
• Manage Okta organization architecture using Terraform to ensure version control and reduce drift.
• Build Okta Workflows for lifecycle automation and implement MFA, Risk-Based Authentication, and Global Session Policies.
• Develop automation using Okta APIs and integrate OIG with downstream applications.
• Partner with GRC and Audit teams to ensure compliance with SOX and NIST requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience operating Okta in a production environment.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) setup and management.
• Proficiency with Terraform, specifically the Okta Provider.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for custom API integrations.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
