What you will do

• Collect and analyze data from website analytics, email campaigns, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports (traffic, conversion rate, CPA/ROAS) to stakeholders.
• Optimize conversion rates and the online customer journey by analyzing user behavior.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI to communicate insights.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO and AEO strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on data analytics or digital marketing experience.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future).
• Deep knowledge of GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience with OneTrust (CCPA/GDPR compliance).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital asset management systems.
