What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent GTM programs across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear program plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Establish and enforce ownership, decision rights, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as the system owner and power user for Asana, designing portfolios, dashboards, and automation.
• Manage risks, interdependencies, and trade-offs across complex initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership to refine operating cadences and governance models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically within Marketing, Product Marketing, or GTM organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Advanced expertise in Asana (portfolios, dependencies, dashboards, automation).
• Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
