What you will do
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators and influencers to drive high-quality user growth.
- Launch and optimize end-to-end creator campaigns using performance-based deals and rev-share models.
- Build and maintain ROI and conversion models in Excel/Google Sheets to guide scaling decisions.
- Automate creator discovery, outreach, and reporting using tools like Zapier, Apify, and APIs.
- Run rapid experiments across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X to iterate on formats and incentives.
Requirements
- Strong business judgment and a high-agency, ownership-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for creating data-driven assumptions and models.
- Ability to automate manual processes or a willingness to learn automation tools quickly.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Must be able to work on-site from the Almaty office.
- Confidence in negotiating commercial terms and pushing for results.
