What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ engineers, ensuring capability growth and engagement.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to meet NPI and HVM priorities.
• Act as end-to-end accountable owner for scope, from planning to execution and improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives for tool management efficiency and standardization.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and quality stakeholders.
• Analyze problems, seek feedback, and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical field.
• More than 10 years of people leadership experience leading technical teams.
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more engineers.
• More than 5 years in tool, equipment, or manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and Six Sigma experience.
• Understanding of automation, system integration, and data-driven improvements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in automation, digitalization, or system-driven projects.
