What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality backend systems supporting growing organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on scoping, design, and implementation of scalable distributed systems.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering quality.
• Plan, build, and maintain high-performance scalable platforms using open-source tools.
• Develop non-trivial services and backend components in cloud environments.
• Work closely with product, design, and BI teams on consumer-facing products.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Albania
• At least 3+ years as backend developer, including 2+ years in C#.
• Strong .NET knowledge.
• Very good SQL skills: schema design, queries, stored procedures.
• Experience with RESTful services, system architecture (statelessness, caching).
• Hands-on with agile: TDD, CI/CD; Docker; AWS; RabbitMQ/Kafka; NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
