TL;DR
Senior HRBP (Recruitment & People Ops): Leading end-to-end recruitment and managing core HR processes during fixed-term maternity cover with an accent on data-driven hiring decisions, stakeholder partnerships, and operational continuity. Focus on full-cycle hiring, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, HRIS implementation, and AI tool applications in HR.
Location: Hybrid in Portugal (onsite 1-3 times per week)

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, using Predictive Index and ATS metrics to drive decisions and report to stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding for new hires (30/60/90 days), offboarding with compliance, and equipment setup.
- Directly manage People Ops Intern, providing mentorship and day-to-day guidance.
- Handle employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with Portugal employment regulations, and escalation for complex matters.
- Support performance cycles, L&D programs, internal events, employer branding, and AI Champion initiatives.
- Research, evaluate, and implement HRIS or performance tools, ensuring business-wide adoption.
Requirements
- Solid end-to-end recruitment experience partnering with managers/senior leaders, tracking metrics, using data for recommendations.
- Experience with ATS (Workable preferred), Predictive Index, HRIS research/implementation.
- Knowledge of Portugal employment regulations, benefits administration, employee relations.
- Strong communication, influence, independence; experience managing juniors, AI tools in HR.
- Fast-paced tech/gaming environment experience preferred.
