What you will do

• Build smart content and modular level features that combine stable technical logic with strong visual polish.
• Take technical ownership of performance and scalability to ensure levels remain within budget without sacrificing visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with Programming and Art teams to align tools and systems with the creative vision.
• Optimize level-building workflows to increase team efficiency and speed.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for other designers, sharing best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AA/AAA game development in roles mixing technical implementation with level design.
• Strong technical scripting skills combined with a good eye for lighting and composition.
• Proven experience building complex systems such as procedural tools or interactive kits.
• Ability to deliver technically sound and visually final results independently based on briefs.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
