What you will do
- Translate commercial agreements into delivery plans, lead kickoffs, set up logistics, tooling, and communication channels.
- Own approval workflows for session content and manage all program communications including emails, invites, and surveys.
- Act as operational lead during live delivery: support instructors, monitor quality, run client check-ins, and mitigate risks.
- Lead post-cohort retrospectives, implement improvements, and deliver program wrap-ups with outcomes and recommendations.
- Monitor scope deviations, partner on change requests, and ensure alignment with sold commitments.
- Build and iterate AI-powered automations for status tracking, communication, and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 4–8+ years in project/program management, ideally in professional services, consulting, or learning & development.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients as primary point of contact in complex engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, detail-orientation, and proactivity.
- Comfortable in fast-paced live environments with shifting plans.
- Commercially aware with experience using AI tools and building AI automations (assessed in hiring).
