Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended but not enforced)
Salary: €2,033 - €2,925 gross per month

What you will do
- Conduct forecast modelling using historical data, trends, and strategy to identify workforce needs
- Run what-if scenarios for staffing decisions and address potential gaps proactively
- Generate and maintain data reporting for leadership on resource planning and optimisation
- Analyse under/over performance reasons and recommend actionable insights
- Collaborate with CS Operations, Product, and other teams to align action plans with business objectives
- Monitor staffing against plans, optimise resources, and act as first point of contact for stakeholders
- Participate in projects for process improvement, automation, new tools, markets, and metrics
Requirements
- Exceptional English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Proficient in numerical analysis and deriving insights from data
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for data manipulation and decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder insights
- Strong critical thinking, fast decision-making, and problem-solving
- Desire to learn workforce management and improve planning processes

- Previous experience in resource planning, workforce management, or business data analytics
