What you will do

  • Develop and implement the global compliance strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory frameworks across all markets.
  • Lead the compliance team to provide proactive guidance on regulatory changes and risks while fostering an ethical culture.
  • Manage relationships with regulators, ensuring timely reporting and handling of audits and inquiries.
  • Oversee the design and execution of robust AML and KYC frameworks, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers.
  • Lead the development of responsible iGaming programs and ensure compliance with age verification and self-exclusion protocols.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, identify gaps, and maintain key metrics and dashboards for executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role specifically within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong multi-jurisdictional expertise (e.g., Malta, UK, Curacao, MGA, UKGC).
  • Deep understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, responsible gaming, data protection, and corporate governance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or AML/CFT.
  • English proficiency: C1+ required.
