TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia. Open to candidates based in Estonia. Comprehensive relocation support.

What you will do

  • Lead global FP&A across B2C and B2B, owning planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and develop the Tallinn-based FP&A team, fostering analytical excellence.
  • Handle end-to-end financial planning cycle including budgeting and long-range planning.
  • Deliver management reporting, executive decision support, and actionable insights.
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and alignment with group standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related; ACCA/CPA a plus.
  • 10+ years in finance/FP&A in international environment.
  • Strong background in planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams in complex organizations.
  • Advanced Excel, understanding of financial statements and analytics.
  • Excellent English communication to influence global stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multinational organizations.
  • Experience in iGaming, tech, or digital industries.
