People and Culture Partner

Location: Milan, Italy - Hybrid (mix of home and office days)

What you will do

• Provide advisory and business partnering support to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage employee engagement and lifecycle processes including salary reviews, performance reviews, and action planning.
• Handle employee relations including grievances, appeals, disciplinary issues, and dismissals.
• Own and deliver complex cross-functional HR projects aligned with business goals.
• Implement and improve HR policies through stakeholder coordination and data collection.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a global, fast-paced tech environment
• Experience managing and resolving employee disciplinary issues
• Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and CCNL Commercio (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
• High proficiency in Google Suite and data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, relational, and project management skills for cross-team coordination.
