Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Vienna, Austria (attendance in office 3 times per week, Fridays mandatory)

What you will do

• Set up new customers, contracts, and renewals based on executed sales orders.
• Maintain accurate financial records in SAP Public Cloud and Salesforce.
• Manage customer invoicing requirements, purchase orders, and supplier portals to ensure timely payments.
• Track and report annual recurring revenue (ARR) and bookings results in the CRM.
• Address internal and external customer queries and resolve unpaid invoices via AR report analysis.
• Collaborate with the Deal Desk to ensure orders align with customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Billing or Order Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce and SAP or NetSuite.
• Legally authorized to work in Austria.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in German is preferred.
