What you will do

• Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of complex product initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across shared modules.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical priorities with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical validations.
• Mentor and support engineers, promoting best practices and a culture of ownership.
• Work with QA and Platform teams to enhance performance, automation, and release reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development (.NET/C# and React).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills in English and French.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Must be based in Tunis for a hybrid work arrangement.
