Salary: 2000-3000 €/mon gross

What you will do
- Evaluate and approve alternative raw materials and suppliers to ensure reliable supply for the plant.
- Manage and develop supplier relationships to support supply chain stability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews, and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Quality, and Operations to align material specifications with plant needs.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives in alignment with Global Strategic Sourcing goals.
- Perform purchasing order placement activities as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in supplier development or relationship management.
- Professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP systems and document control tools.
- English and Lithuanian languages are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Buyer/Planner and Quality functions.
- CPM, CPSM, and/or APICS certifications.
