What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries for employees and managers.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HiBob HRIS to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives and identify organizational learning needs.
  • Support managers with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Estonian labour law and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and management support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with empathy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HiBob or a similar HRIS platform.
