TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius

Salary: from 2000 € (gross) per month

hirify.global is a fast-scaling e-commerce company transforming the European used car parts market through its marketplace, SaaS, and logistics platform.

What you will do

  • Define and own sourcing strategies for both tech and non-tech roles, shaping the approach for each search.
  • Build and maintain warm talent pools for recurring and upcoming positions to ensure candidates are engaged before roles open.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and translate findings into actionable insights for the business.
  • Partner closely with TA partners and hiring managers to improve hiring speed and quality.
  • Contribute to employer branding and inbound efforts, including EB campaigns, job board strategy, and referral programs.
  • Experiment with new sourcing tools and use data to inform hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment with proven pipeline management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort with using data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
  • Location: Hybrid in Vilnius
