Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

Translate creative direction and business priorities into actionable briefs, timelines, and resource plans.
Lead and coach the production team consisting of Designers and Creative Accounts.
Define and enforce operational rules to reduce delays, misalignment, and repeated feedback loops.
Track production metrics (output volume, SLA health) and analyze creative performance signals like CTR, CVR, and CPI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Product, and Creative Managers to align delivery plans.
Implement and scale AI-assisted workflows to increase production volume without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital creative production within marketing, advertising, or gaming.
Professional background as a Senior Designer or Motion Designer.
Proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
Experience in drafting actionable briefs and resolving production blockers.
Ability to translate performance marketing data into production adjustments.
Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
