What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer supply chain operations for customers in Japan.
• Oversee order backlog, inventory allocation, and monitoring logistics execution with outsourced partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and accuracy of delivery dates, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Publish and analyze critical reports on in-stock levels, OTIF (on-time in-full) deliveries, and channel inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to improve service and compliance.
• Drive process automation and changes to optimize cycle time, cost, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Japanese and English.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Analytical skills for data evaluation, solution development, and implementation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Tokyo, Japan.
