Salary: 75 000 - 80 000 CZK per year

What you will do

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage Order to Cash (OTC) areas, specifically Billing, eInvoicing, and Credit Management.
• Document business processes, user needs, and ROI to create opportunity statements and use cases.
• Maintain and prioritize a clear, actionable product backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT delivery teams to align the product roadmap with technical solutions.
• Lead small projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OTC processes.
• Support system design, testing, hypercare, and ongoing technical improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, preferably with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards, such as Peppol Exchange.
• Experience in global or offshore/onshore implementation environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for business services.
