What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain in-app guides, onboarding flows, and tooltips using Pendo.
• Customize the visual style and behavior of in-app experiences using HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.
• Analyze engagement and adoption data to iterate on in-app messaging and guidance.
• Create dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of digital adoption strategies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience building in-app guides or digital adoption experiences, ideally using Pendo or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with JavaScript for customization.
• Strong understanding of user workflows, journeys, and customer-centric design.
• Experience working in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
• Ability to translate analytics into concrete improvements in in-app messaging.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid model)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS product metrics such as engagement, feature adoption, or retention.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B product organizations.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
