What you will do

• Analyze data across multiple domains to develop metrics and reporting for data integrity and quality.
• Lead routine projects, including estimation, work breakdown, and risk management for the Data Analytics team.
• Design and improve reporting infrastructure and robust data models for dashboards.
• Establish standard methodologies and best practices for QA and Release Management pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization to inform business decisions.
• Present complex data narratives to executives to drive informed strategic conclusions.

Requirements

• Quantitative degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 4-6+ years of professional analytics experience performing data analysis and managing data quality.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for writing efficient and readable code in a professional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of R or Python languages.
• Technical experience in building and maintaining reporting data models.
• Experience creating visual reporting using BI tools, with a strong preference for Tableau.
